REFUNDS
Our goal is to supply you with quaity fitness equipment. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Aussie Home Gym you may return your item in its original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 days from purchasing the product. Please note, we cannot refund shipping costS.
Return freight costs will be borne by the buyer except in the case of faulty items, where we will cover the costs of freight.

Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products (against manufacturing defects), unless stated otherwise. The warranty does not cover misused products. Should the product be faulty, please let us know so we can work through the process with you for having the problem rectified under the warranty. We will either repair or replace it for you (or if there is no more stock, we will refund you, excluding original delivery costs.)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Order cancellations
As soon as you place your order, we process the charges to your credit card and the order is processed in our pick and send system. The product that you ordered will ship same day or within 1 business days from the date of your order. As a result we cannot cancel orders. Please take care when placing an order.
